Reverse Signs of Aging With Facial Exercise

4. Lie on the bed with the head hanging down over the edge. Slowly bring the head up towards the torso and keep it there for 10 counts. Relax and lower the head towards the floor again. Make 5 sets for this procedure.

5. Sit upright and face forward while lips are together. Separate the teeth by dropping the jaw and then pushing the jaw forward. Keep for a count of 10. Bring back to starting position and do 5 sets for this procedure.
